Homosexuals have always been a staple in fashion, from the designers like Dolce & Gabbana to bloggers  such as Bryan Boy. Let’s face it fashion loves the gays, but could a new part of the LGBT community becoming to the world of fashion? Transgendered models have been coming out the wood works in 10 and hundreds displaying breathtaking looks and flawless beauty.

Ines Rau, is an gorgeous transgendered model that has graced the pages of Lurve Magazine and American Playboy in their “Art Issue.” And now she is in a full page spread with one of the most renowned male models in the industry Tyson Beckford in OOB magazine(view spread below).

But she’s not the only one paving the way for transgendered boys and girl all over the world.Another beauty that has been taking the world by storm is Carmen Carrera. From her humble beginnings as a showgirl in New Jersey she has exploded on to the scene from having an article written about her in Vogue to having an online petition to have her as the first Transgendered Victoria Secret Model. That’s a huge leap for anyone.

With all this new and exciting talent bursting on to the scene where does that leave the other models? And what does that mean for the fashion industry?  They are making their voices heard and people are falling in love with them. If the fashion world can be this accepting does that mean that the rest of the world isn’t far behind?
