I don’t know what it is with me, but I love a good drink. Doesn’t matter if it’s plan old water or a sweet mixed drink, I love to drink. Literally. So you can imagine my excitement when I came across a new drink to try. It’s a detox, of course, and it’s super easy to make and won’t taste disgusting like some can be.



2 Apples

2 Sticks of Cinnamon

1 liter of still water

Cut Apples in to thin slices and place in a large jar or bottle with a wide opening. Add cinnamon sticks and put in the water. Leave the now prepared water and let it stand for a day at least. You can also add lemon or other citrus fruits to water.
